Legal Requirements
The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974
All employers, employees and self-employed persons have responsibilities and duties imposed upon them under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 to ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, that the health and safety of their employees and others who may be affected by their work is not compromised.
